FREE DELIVERY: Orders of $500.00 or more net will be shipped free within a 50 mile radius of our warehouse. A delivery charge of $1.00 per loaded mile will be added to orders under $500.00 net and/or per loaded mile over 50 mile from our warehouse.

SHIPPING: All orders placed before 12:00 (noon) will be shipped on the same day they are received. All orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped the following business day. Shipping will be by UPS, Common Carrier, or our delivery vehicle.

EXPRESS PICK-UP SERVICE: Any order called or faxed in will be ready for pick-up within one hour upon request.

BACK-ORDERS: Any back ordered items will be shipped to you freight prepaid>

SHORTAGES: If there are any shortages or errors in your order, please contact us in writing within 15 days for prompt correction.

METRO AUTOMATED SPRINKLERS assumes no liability for shipping or delivery delays for any cause whatsoever.

RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return them within 30 days and receive full credit on all unused items. Special orders, used items, and items returned after 30 days are subject to manufacturers warranty terms and/or a 15% restocking fee.
